- Conduct staff briefings, delegate tasks
- Build strong relationships with clients and incorporate feedback
- Manage budgets, monitor equipment and stock levels
- Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen management
- Events experience is essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eye for detail
- NVQ/HNC in hospitality/catering management is desirable, and basic on WSET exams.
- £30,400 + £8,000 overtime
