A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a desirable NVQ/HNC in hospitality/catering management.
The salary for this position is £30,400 with an additional £8,000 for overtime, along with various benefits such as 25 days holiday and a pension.

Join a thriving and renowned venue as Food and Beverage Supervisor. THE ROLE:Overall, you will have operational responsibility for lunch service, room service, events, conferences and meetings within the catering department. This includes:

Planning and executing all logistical aspects of catering and events
Conduct staff briefings, delegate tasks
Build strong relationships with clients and incorporate feedback
Manage budgets, monitor equipment and stock levels
Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen management

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Events experience is essential
Excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eye for detail
NVQ/HNC in hospitality/catering management is desirable, and basic on WSET exams.
