I am working with a leading Contract Caterer in the City who are looking to recruit a Catering Manager to oversee the on site catering / cafe operation.
Managing a small team in acommunal clubhouse and events space, the Catering Manager will be tasked with managing the departments financial budgets and delivering the very high standards they are renowned for.
Ideally, the Catering Manager will come from a similar comercial B&I site with a strong focus on service, with solid comercial undersatnding.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience gained from a London HQ managing their catering services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary to £48K
