I am working with a leading law firm in the City who are looking to recruit a General Catering Manager to oversee their catering and hospitality department.

Managing the heads of department, chefs and front-of-house staff the General Catering Manager will be tasked with managing the departments financial budgets and delivering the very high standards they are renowned for.

Ideally, the General Catering Manager will come from a similar B&I site, corporate head officer or contract catering site.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Experience gained from a London HQ managing their catering services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
