We are launching a brand new neighbourhood hangout in Queens Park that will boast an incredible modern mediterranean menu full of hero dishes and an upstairs Vinyl Wine & Cocktail Bar.
We need an immediate start as we are looking to open as soon as possible. We also require someone that will give 100% to build something truly special. The initial focus will be the service and building/training the team. We need a hands on leader that will run every shift and be a face to the business.
The offering is split over 2 floors:
- Downstairs consists of a 40 cover resturant and decked terrace space (20 people).
- An upstairs space that will be used as a vinyl wine & cocktail bar (60-100) but also double up as an events space.
Personality is key, we need someone cool, independent, and capable of problem-solving and implementing unique solutions, not just relying on past methods. If you thrive in an independent business environment and excel at innovative thinking, this is the role for you.
If you smash the role and deliver on all KPIs we are willing to give you equity in the business after the completion of a probational period.
Due to the volume of applicants already I'd just like to add the following:
- You must have had GM experience before.
- We want RESTAURANT manager experience not bar/pubs.
- Well known/high-end restaurant experience is preffered.
