We are currently looking for a General Managerfor a new French restaurant opening in January 2025

You must have luxury French brasserie background preferably in London 2 rosettes level!!!

Fluent English and French or Italian is required

Very large volume restaurant experience needed as the restaurant will have 220 covers

very good salary offered depending on experience
