About the role:

My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of London. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurants day-to-day functions, from ensuring exceptional customer service to driving financial performance and managing staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an outstanding guest experience across the restaurant, bar, and private events.
  • Managing financial operations, including payroll, inventory, P&L, and wage cost forecasting.
  • Collaborating with the reservations and marketing teams to enhance sales and grow new revenue streams.
  • Leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety, food hygiene, and company standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing high-end, fine dining restaurants or hospitality venues.
