Key Responsibilities:
- Bar Program Development:Lead the design and implementation of innovative drink menus across venues, incorporating seasonal ingredients, contemporary trends, and a touch of creativity to engage and delight guests.
- Team Leadership:Oversee bar managers and bartenders at multiple locations, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Provide ongoing training to maintain the highest standards of service and mixology.
- Operational Excellence:Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across each bar, from inventory management and quality control to maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Supplier & Inventory Management:Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage procurement processes to ensure consistency in quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience:Craft exceptional bar experiences that leave lasting impressions on our guests. Set high standards for customer service and uphold a welcoming atmosphere across all venues.
- Financial Oversight:Develop and manage budgets, set targets, and report on performance metrics to align with the groups strategic goals and profitability.

- Experience:Proven background in bar management within a multi-site environment, ideally within high-end, hospitality-driven settings.
