Head of F+B “Unique Leisure experience” London

I am currently working with a unique leisure experience based in central London. My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary operations across multiple venues. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the dining experience for over 100,000 guests annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement F&B strategy for 25+ public dining products and 300+ private events
  • Lead and mentor kitchen, front-of-house, and event delivery teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and F&B quality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and licensing authorities
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in F&B management or event management
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
