Soif is a busy, neighbourhood bistro in the heart of Battersea, with a strong focus on natural wine and a fantastic, produce-driven menu. We care about our staff and our customers in equal measure and strive to bring the best out of our team in order to give our guests the best possible experience.

We are looking for dynamic and hard-working individuals, with experience in the restaurant trade, to help lead our Front of House team, as either a Front of House Supervisor or as a Junior Restaurant Manager.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to guide our Front of House team, leading by example to inspire a strong work ethic and great customer service. You will also be responsible for a number of general management tasks to ensure safe and successful business operations: monitoring bookings and enquiries, inventory checks, cashing up etc.

The role comes with an abundance of development opportunities, ranging from in depth wine training to Social Media engagement and events management, and would be the perfect opportunity for anyone eager to work in a small, focused team whilst taking the next step in their career.

Requirements.

All applicants must:
- have a minimum of 2 years' experience from equivalent restaurant establishments.
- have a good level of spoken and written english.
- already reside in the UK and be able to provide proof of legal status to work.
