We are seeking an experience Head Barista to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of coffee preparation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of coffee sourcing, brewing techniques and equipment, along with the ability to maintain composure in a high pressure environment.

We are looking for someone that understands stock take and reconciliation together with a passion to lead a team to achieve better results and further career progression.

In addition the candidate must have great communication and listening skills. He must be aware of their weaknesses and work with the leadership team to ensure those are developed.
