We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Train, mentor, and support front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Oversee cash handling and daily financial reporting.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and optimizing profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid personal license (desirable but not essential).
