Restaurant Floor Manager - Immediate Start

Who is Silva?

SILVA is a new, soon to be open, contemporary all-day dining and drinking destination that is both refined and relaxed in the heart of Mayfair. We prioritize personal service and excellence in food and drink.

Our menus include sensitively updated classic European recipes creatively tailored for modern London and an international audience. We will focus on excellent quality ingredients and the menus will evolve throughout the day, the week and the year, recognizing the importance of seasonality and inviting guests to return and enjoy evolving flavours.

Your responsibilities asAssistant Restaurant Managerwill include:

Assisting the General Manager and Restaurant Manager
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests you will be very floor-focused and be an ambassador for genuine hospitality
Creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Onboarding and development of junior FOH team members, inspiring them to reach the high standards of service and hospitality levels we aim to provide
Following our procedures and processes and making suggestions for improving these further

Experience of GPs and stock control is a plus and a passion for food and beverage is a must.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experience. You should also have strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and an understanding of what it takes to create some of the best restaurant's experience in London.
