Restaurant General Manager, NW8 London circa £50kLocated in one of London's most renowned areas, this restaurant is due to open later this year. The restaurant will be centred around Italian/Mediterranean flavours with stunning presentation. They are now looking to recruit a Restaurant General Manager to be involved from the start. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be * Responsible for the day to day running of the Front of House and management of team* Involved in building, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing* Working alongside the Head Chef ensuring a strong line of communication between FOH and BOH* Hands on and detail led* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customerOur ideal candidate would * Have a minimum of 2 years at Restaurant General Manager level within a high quality restaurant * Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team* Have excellent communication, admin and organizational skills* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed * Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solveInterested?
