About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to enhance the guest experience in this luxury private members club. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about hospitality industry, great service and guest experience. Experience in high-end/high-standard restaurants is essential for this role.
Experience and responsibilities:
- Has an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Excellent communicator and inspirational leader
- Highly presentable with a pro-active approach to maintaining excellent customer service
- Can enhance and personalize the dining experience, ensuring each guest feels valued and leaves with memorable moments.
- Previous experience in a high-end, fine dining environment is essential.
- Must have a proven track record of elevating restaurant standards to the highest levels.
