Job Summary:
As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be the orchestrator of elegance, ensuring our restaurant operates like a finely tuned symphony. Key Responsibilities:
Maestro of Leadership: Conduct the front-of-house ensemble - our servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders - with a conductor's finesse, inspiring them to craft exquisite guest experiences.
Guest Enchantment: Channel your inner magician to conjure up delight in every guest's heart. Monitor the spellbinding quality of service, conjure solutions to guest concerns, and infuse every dining experience with enchantment.
Operational Wizardry: Master the daily restaurant incantations, from the mystique of opening to the tranquillity of closing. Weave the staff scheduling spell and guard our inventory like a dragon guarding treasure.
Training Alchemy: Transform ordinary staff into extraordinary performers through your mentorship and motivational magic. Ensure they dance to the rhythm of our policies and procedures.
Financial Sorcery: Partner with the General Manager in an alchemical pursuit, turning costs into gold, optimizing revenue streams, and conjuring financial success.
