Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and high-performance environment
- Uphold and exceed the clubs high standards for food quality, presentation, and service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or private club setting
