Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.

This is a hands-on operational role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations:Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Customer Service:Deliver superior food and beverage service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure staff training is in place and ongoing. Close liaison with the Head Sommelier and Head Chef.
  • Scheduling:Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Quality Control:Regularly review product quality and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Financial Management:Control operational costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
