Find My Staff Ltd are recruiting a restaurant manager for our insta-famousfast food based client in the city of Westminster.

You will be working on a rota pattern, the restaurant is open for breakfast from 10am and closes around midnight - this will include working some mornings, days, weekdays and weekends so must be fully flexible in regards to this.

Your duties will include:

Creating staff rotas
Keeping track of KPI's
Ordering food/ products for restaurant
Keeping track and changing prices for dishes
Training and motivating staff members
Ensuring the restaurant complies with licensing, food hygiene, and health and safety rules
Ensuring customers have a fantastic experience

This is a position that will become permanent after 6 months, for the first 6 months you will be paid on a weekly basis.
