Restaurant Manager role:

As a Restaurant Manager your role will consist of:

Effective running of breakfast and afternoon tea operations.

Performing payroll processing duties, such as scheduling of associates working hours, holidays, and overtime.

Training and developing associates.

Handling a multitude of guest requests/enquiries.

Restaurant Manager requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Proficient experience in a Restaurant Manager role.

Exposure of working in an Afternoon Tea operation.

Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to interact with guests.

Previous experience of managing a large team.

Passion for training and developing others.

A keen eye for details.
