We are looking for bright talent to manage the Restaurant team at the beautiful and grand Gore Hotel. A family style management, a caring and considerate approach to our staff is the philosophy at The Gore (part of Starhotels Collezione).

The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture, whilst sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulates the whole group.

We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join Starhotels team on full time basis to support the 190 Queen's Gate Restaurant at the historical Gore Hotel (SW7).

Restaurant Manager Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Manage the day to day running of The Restaurant

Provide on the job training for all team members

Monitor restaurant revenue and drive up-selling

Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times

The successful Restaurant Manager will be able to demonstrate:

Great organization and communication skills

Proven record of training and developing employees

Experience in boutique hotels will be advantageous
