We are small but mighty and require a manager who is hands-on! A willingness to be a pillar to the team is a huge component of what makes the TAKA team so strong.
Starting salary: 40k per year
28 days paid holiday
48 hours per week
At least 1 year of managerial experience required
An example of some of the duties you will be responsible for are:
- Manage various admin tasks, such as the staff rota anddistribution of tips.
- Keep on top of staff standards but monitoring each team and over seeing they are correctly fulfillingduties.
- Providing strong service insights and skills.
- Monitor the booking platforms along with the reception team to provide maximum utilisation.
