Restaurant Manage required to oversee and mentor this charity run restaurant and dining room in central London . Serving the best and ever-changing seasonal ingredients using Modern French Techniques and pure elevated Best of British cuisine as a base and core of the restaurant and seasonal sourced dishes, with classic cookery at its heart.

Restaurant Manager's will be the finished article as this role doesn't come up very often supported and leading a very sound team who deliver but need mentorship, training and guidance as part of the charity . Manager's will have a proven background in quality establishments and be an out and out hospitality person. Manager's must have a team leader and dining room presence, as this restaurant has great potential and a pure hospitality story, also the chef has a great pull and following and so from all aspects of the offering a real unique set up

Restaurant Manager's will have an air of old school about them as the restaurant delivers wonderful warm service and is a place for classic lunches and dinner, celebrations, as the wine list are of an equal attraction

A wonderful role in the heart of London to work a beautiful dining room and with a solid and set team, with great support from fellow hospitality professionals but also very unique set of staff

Restaurant Manager's will also have the support from a very knowledgeable and industry savvy operations and Charity head office team having created the concept , so this is a very much forward facing role, all about the service, delivery and management of the dining room, so much less on paperwork and often the less attractive side of the business.
