As theRestaurant Manager,youll be leading the front of house operations in your assigned restaurant. Youll direct the front of house teams daily activities in accordance with Eatalys policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive, productive, and engaged work environment. Youll report to the Restaurant Operations Manager and manage a team including multiple Floor Managers and supervisors. You will be assigned to one of our restaurants as your main point of work.
WERE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum 5 years experience leading a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
- Knowledge of high-quality Italian food, drinks, and wines.
- Solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress.
- Strong business, organisational and analytical skills in a complex, high volume environment.
- A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Right to work in the UK.
