Highly competitive salary of up to £50k per annum

Your skills:
Appasionato: You will have a passion for people and delivering great service.
Affidabile: You will be reliable and confident, able to manage your team and be a strong leader.
Acculturato: You will be interested in (and preferably have knowledge) of Italian food and wine
Competente: You will have previous experience working in senior roles in restaurants
Poliglotta: You will have a good understanding of the English language, reading , written and spoken.
