New luxury boutique hotel opening in a couple of months is recruiting a Restaurant Manager

Start date : 1st March

Cuisine: modern British

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Overlooking the main restaurant of 100 covers and in-room dining, the Restaurant Manager will possess the right personality, background and skills.

With a team of approx 15 to motivate and train, here are some of your duties:

- opening and closing duties

- handle complaints

- understand figures, forecast

- reach objectives by following checklists

- have a strong service culture

- professional and elegant approach towards guests

- be responsible

- be calm and friendly
