With a team of approx 15 to motivate and train, here are some of your duties:
- opening and closing duties
- handle complaints
- understand figures, forecast
- reach objectives by following checklists
- have a strong service culture
- professional and elegant approach towards guests
- be responsible
- be calm and friendly
