Restaurant Supervisor

Find My Staff Ltd are recruiting a restaurant supervisorfor our insta-famousfast food based client in the city of Westminster.

You will be working on a rota pattern, the restaurant is open for breakfast from 10am and closes around midnight - this will include working some mornings, days, weekdays and weekends so must be fully flexible in regards to this.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising and managing staff
• Helping and covering team members in the restaurant/ kitchen
• Ensuring good customer satisfaction and handling complaints
• Training new staff members
• Enforcing sanitation standards and safe food handling procedures
• Working alongside the restaurant manager to collaberate new ideas
• Ensuring customers have a fantastic experience

This is a position that will become permanent after 6 months, for the first 6 months you will be paid on a weekly basis.
