We are looking for bright talent to be part of the kitchen team at the beautiful and elegant Franklin Hotel. Family-style management and a caring and considerate approach to our staff are the philosophies at The Franklin (part of Starhotels Collezione).

The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.

We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Restaurant Supervisor to join Starhotels team on full time basis to support our The Franklin by Alfredo Russo at the iconic Franklin Hotel.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :

  • Customer Service
  • Team Leadership
  • Quality Control
  • Staff Training
  • Problem Solving
  • Compliance
  • Responsible for delivering an exceptional service
  • Great organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience in boutique hotels will be advantageous
