We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to become a vital part of our Ting team. As a Restaurant Supervisor at Shangri-La, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled personalized service, upholding food and beverage brand standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment, work, and guest areas to guarantee the comfort and safety of our guests. In the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll assume a leadership role in the department.

Your role involves supervising a team of waiters/waitresses to maintain consistent service that aligns with Shangri-La standards. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to departmental training matters, covering health and safety, food hygiene, and overall team training. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a driving force behind the success of our establishment.
