What are we looking for?

We need a Bar Manager who has experience in a high-volume site, who has excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to thrive under pressure and be a focal point for those in your team.

We need you to be committed and proactive, with a passion for outstanding customer care, experienced in stock management and control, and above all has a love for a fast paced bar environment.

Responsibilities –

  • Manage the business aspects of the bar, dealing with suppliers, ordering and stock control
  • Training members of your team
  • Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
  • Cash handling
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Maintaining a due diligence and ensure staff safety whilst working.
