The Role
The ideal Senior Bartender/ Bar Supervisor will have an important role to play, creating an intuitive, refined world class bar experience to each guest in Park Chinois. The role is fundamentally responsible for recreating the supreme cocktails and beverages to Park Chinois standards for each guest with skillful techniques and unsurpassed attention to detail. Expert in the craft, they ideal candidate will work with rare ingredients and premium spirits to curate infusions of seasonally inspired mixtures and present them in bespoke glassware with uniquely shaped ice and garnishes. The role will also involve directing and developing a team of young talented bartenders as well as deputising in the Head of Bar's absence.
Skills and Experience requirements
- In-depth knowledge in all aspects of spirits, cocktails creation and mixology
- Focused, with unsurpassed attention to detail.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a high-end cocktail/restaurant bar
- Previous experience with ordering, stocktaking and other admin related duties
- Passionate about training and willing to be an example for the rest of the team.
- WSET 1 and above highly desirable
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- A natural Team player with a high degree of flexibility
