About you:
We are recruiting for an excellent and passionate Bar Manager, who has extensive experience in Bar Management and will work together with the Group Bar Manager to operate the Bar. As a Bar Manager you would focus on strategies and tactics to drive revenue and create a work environment that supports and encourages growth and personal development within your Team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Bar Management and its operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience
- Supervise and manage the Bar Team, providing training, coaching, and support
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and professionally
- Manage bar inventory, stock control, and ordering
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new cocktail menus and specials
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations and food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as spirits and wines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Passion for creating memorable drinks and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to lead and motivate a Team.
