Supervisor Food & Beverage

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedSupervisorto join ourOrigin Kensingtonteam.

Shifts will be 8 hours with full flexibility required to work 5 out of 7 days a week

Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are looking to recruit a Breakfast Supervisor to operate within our newly refurbished restaurant providing the most efficient service and ensuring the highest possible standard is provided at all time.

As a Supervisor Food & Beverage you key responsibilities include:

• To be responsible for Providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests
• Ensure that the guests dining experience is seamless and deal with any guest issues
• Be confident with the menu and its allergens
• To be responsible for the restaurant operation, staff and guests in the absence of the management team
• Has a thorough understanding of the POS system
• Understands and assists with management of all group and private dining bookings in the restaurant and assist with all allocated logistics
