Branch Manager Working Days:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
Key Responsibilities: As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing a successful branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the branch team to achieve success
- Setting clear KPIs and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets
- Conducting team meetings and providing ongoing support and training to drive performance
- Carrying out market appraisals and securing new business to help grow the branch
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business and enhance the brand's reputation in the local area
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards
Branch Manager Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record in sales and management
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Highly organized, with strong time management and workload prioritization skills
- Driven and ambitious, with a hunger for success and business growth
- Full UK driver’s license
