- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sydenham branch
- Drive new instructions and listings through valuations and local networking
- Motivate and develop your team to exceed targets and KPIs

- Maintain full compliance with industry legislation and company standards
- Proven background in estate agency sales at Branch Manager or Assistant Manager level
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit performance targets
- Deep understanding of the South East London property market
- Full UK driving licence
- £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE up to £80,000
