Our client, a spiritual ready-to-wear Luxury Retail brand, are looking to recruit an experienced, Arabic-speaking Retail Sales Director to join their expanding business. Based primarily in London, with regular travel to sites in Milan, Paris, Dubai and Riyadh, this is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate.Our client have been established for 4 years, and boast collections made in small independent family-run manufacturers, selected for their high and shared ethical standards. Our client's HQ is in Chelsea, with products available globally on their e-commerce website, and in selected stores across Italy. Now in growth mode, our client are actively seeking the perfect candidate to take a lead role in expanding the business across different territories, reporting directly to the Founder. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Identifying and defining new business opportunities - Growing brand awareness/sales through new and existing product categories- Researching and monitoring the competitive landscape/trends, to support the brand in defining its offer (brand positioning / target customer / price points / categories, etc)- Opening up new sites overseas (including location planning / interior fit-out, etc)In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Extensive experience of working for an international Fashion brand- Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)- Great network/connections within the Fashion market- Immaculate presentation (genuine love of fashion)- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive basic salary, ou client are also offering a discretionary annual bonus, incredible travel opportunities and a direct link/working relationship with the Founder!Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!.
