Our client deal in high specification refurbishment project in London. With an uptick in workload and a busy year planned, they are looking to add a QS / Estimator to their ranks.
The ideal candidate will have a year or two industry experience and be competent in measurement and takeoffs as well as being proficient in putting tender packages together in a support role on larger jobs.
This is a smart, design led contractor providing high end solutions for elite clients. If you have a good base in construction and are looking to take a new step towards being a top London QS or Estimator then this role would be well worth consideration.
The salary range is wide as the client will consider a range of experience, Attitude, common sense and drive are as important as technical experience and the rewards for the right candidate will be excellent in terms of remuneration and career advancement.
