Estimator
Opportunity for an Intermediate level Estimator with good Fit Out experience, to work for a Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor based in Central London. This role has recently become available due to a busy workload.
About the role of Estimator
As Estimator, you will be working under the Head of Estimating, working on projects valued up to 50m in the Office Fit Out Division. You will be responsible for calculating the costs of projects before work commences, gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers, assessing the levels of risk on a project, using software packages etc. The business works across a range of different sectors, such as the commercial, education, hospitality, legal charity sectors etc. You will be based in their Central London office 4 days a week, 1 day working from home.
Requirements for Estimator
- Intermediate level (minimum 5 years as an Estimator)
- Construction background
- Fit Out experience
- Good communication skills
- Timekeeping skills
