As Assistant Front Office Manager your key responsibilities include:

路Assist guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner ensuring that any special requirements are noted and passed on to the appropriate department.

路To demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and general information concerning the other hotels in the Group.

路Ensure all rooms are saleable, assisting as required to ensure maximum availability.

路Maintain complete and comprehensive records of all action taken during shift in the log book and hand-over sheet following where required any outstanding issues.

路Ensure guest security, safety and privacy is established and maintained.

路Handle complaints in a professional manner and in accordance with the Company Standards.

路Deal efficiently with all reservations requests, confirmation of bookings and special requests.

路To be responsible for cash handling within the department and report any discrepancies immediately.

路To inspire the team, train and lead in accordance with the 5* environment standards.

路To monitor Trip Advisor and encourage the team to work towards achieving outstanding customer reviews.
