Spa Front of House Manager, £40,000 plus 10% bonus, excellent benefits, London
An exciting opportunity with an Award-winning luxury aesthetic beauty clinic is available to head up their Client Services Team. This successful organisation has growth plans for 2025 and they are seeking the front of house manager to oversee the operation in London and to join and grow with the business in 2025. Your role will be to oversee the management of the client experience through your reception team ensuring best in class service to their clientele offering a discrete memorable experience. The position will offer you the opportunity to create service levels, engage with the consultants as well as develop memorable experiences working closely with your team, creating a welcoming environment for their clientele. The role will involve the following:* The day to day management of reception team members * Implementation of customer service standards ensuring your team are working to the processes in place * The delivering of impeccable service standards ensuring that the clients are taken care taking care of appointments accurately* Implementing an after care process ensuring that all clients receive a follow up * Ensuring that your team are looked after in terms of weekly meetings, personal development plans * Taking care of the rota, managing holidays and the shift pattern * Forging strong working relationships with the qualified consultants, organising their diaries and ensuring that they have all the relevant information for appointments booked * Overseeing the appointment schedule for the clinic* Taking care of stock and the general management of the clinic in terms of stationery, placing orders as required Ideally you will have the following attributes and experience:* A keen interest in the beauty world - a passion and interest in aesthetic treatments * Previous team leader experience with experience in performance management and creating a positive working environment * Good understanding of what Five Star Service represents * A desire to go the extra mile working closely with the Senior Client Services Director to create exceptional working environments and service * Immaculate presentation, articulate communication skills * Great IT skills to include all Microsoft packages * A passion for creating memorable experiences * Curiosity - forging relationships with repeat clients * The ability to create working relationships with the consultants ensuring they are supported in the right way so they can carry out their duties If you have a Reception Management background from either a luxury spa, five-star hotel or beauty clinic I would love to hear from you.
