About the Role:My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in front-of-house management at a luxury hotel of over 350 bedrooms.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services as well as switchboard. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and maintaining the impeccable standards expected of a 5-star property.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.

Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure the hotel's policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.

Train, motivate, and develop team members, ensuring a high level of morale and performance.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Front of House Manager in a 5-star hotel of more than 300 rooms.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
