Reception Manager
Leading law firm with global acclaim within their specialism, is seeking a Reception Manager to join their London office on a permanent basis. The Reception Manager will have a strong focus on client engagement and report into the Head of Operations and will be based front-of-house within their stunning office located in the heart of the City:
- Up to £60,000 per annum
- Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

Reception Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the Facilities and Office Services Executive
- Responsibility for client suite and all processes and procedures
- Ensuring the development and delivery of client and visitor procedures
- Oversight and management of switchboard services including outsourced provider
- Management of meeting rooms booking process
- Report on agile and flexible working statistics to the Head of Operations
- Assist with the coordination of business continuity plans
- Develop and implement the firm’s sustainability policies
- Management of relevant budgets
- Manage the firm's contract management processes and contract management hub
- Support and coordinate supplier RFP procedures, manage market testing and ensure regular reviews
Reception Manager Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience withing Front-of-House/Operations Management within a Law Firm
- Proven experience in sustainability policy development, lease management, and process implementation
- Budget management
- H&S and facilities management
