We are currently seeking an experienced Appointed Person to oversee lifting operations on-site. This is an immediate requirement, and candidates must be available to start as soon as possible. The works will involve lifting steels using a Niko rail system, Minifor hoist, and slings.Â
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise lifting operations.

Ensure lifting plans are adhered to and all operations are carried out safely.

Coordinate with site teams, crane/lifting operatives, and other relevant personnel.

Carry out toolbox talks and ensure all lifting equipment is used correctly.
Requirements:

CPCS Appointed Person (or equivalent)

Proven experience managing lifting operations, particularly with Niko rail and Minifor systems.

Good understanding of lifting gear, slinging techniques, and safe working loads.

Ability to create or interpret lift plans and method statements.
