Are you a skilled and reliable maintenance operative/handyman looking for a great opportunity in London? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and provide high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- General repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and handling minor installations
- Assembling furniture and carrying out general handyman tasks
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
