Account Development Manager

Location: NewEltham SE9

Salary 27,000 - 35,000 per annum (OTE 60K+)

Monday to Friday office based

Our client is one of the most successful independent resellers for the biggest large format printer brands in the UK. Their experience and know-how mean they specify the right piece of kit to do a great job, on time and on budget. Their customers save time, money and resources working with them for all their printing needs, encompassing hardware, paper and media.

Key tasks:

  • You will be responsible for developing account business, generating new business, and helping our client achieve their 5M goal for 2024/25.
  • Good composure, passion & enthusiasm will be required at all times for this challenging role! Full product training will be given, but you must know how to sell!
  • Our client is a small company with around 10 people in the team. Established in 1991, they are market leaders in our field, selling large format printers from Canon, HP & Epson into the architectural and graphics markets.
  • This position is available immediately, presenting a fun, challenging career where anything is possible. Even without prior knowledge of the product range, if you have drive and determination, you will be successful. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to progress your career with a high level of responsibility and great earning potential.
  • This is a niche specialist market with a range of unique paper products to compliment the range of printers from major manufacturers. There is an existing account base for the successful candidate to work from, plus quality leads, which you would be expected to close and thus enable you to develop your own portfolio. You will also be expected to generate new business opportunities via cold calling and the use of appropriate social media platforms.
  • You must be results driven, tenacious, hardworking and a good team player. A commitment to achieve and exceed targets coupled with a hunger to earn is the type of person our client is looking for. You should be able to demonstrate proven past sales success and have an exceptional ability to close a deal.
