Account Manager, Contract Manager, Customer Account Manager required to join an industry leading service provider who are looking for double digit growth over the next 12 months. A field-based role covering sites in Surrey & surrounding areas. Salary circa 40k plus bonus & car.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Management:
* Putting in place standard service monitors for assigned contracts.
* Working with both internal CDTs (where applicable) and the company's operational managers to ensure that the level of service is consistent with the customer's requirements.
* Developing relationships with key personnel to create opportunities to introduce new products and services.
* Establishing effective communication at all levels within the customer's organisation.
* Represent my client at contract & user group meetings with the assigned customer.

Operations
* Organising and managing the CDT to complete daily distribution requirements.
* Liaison with the customer services to ensure that customer requirements are met in full.
* Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with the company's written procedures.
* Recruitment of CDT members.
* Facilitating training and development of CDT members.
* Performance appraisals and discipline in line with company procedures.
* The management of urgent deliveries.
* Monitoring and collation of customer feedback.
* Managing holiday cover for all subordinates.
* Ensuring that every delivery is accompanied by clear and accurate paperwork.

Quality
* Working with the key stakeholders to create a quality driven environment.
* Working pro-actively with operatives to constantly improve process control and eliminate inefficiencies.
* Carrying out internal audits as requested by the Quality Manager.
* Liaison with Customer Services to correct identified problems.

Management Information
* Establishing measurable performance targets.
* Monitoring and reporting performance against defined performance standards.
* Monitoring and reporting all additional costs incurred outside budget.
* Summarising management information for daily, weekly and monthly reports using the prescribed systems.
