- Proactively secure and schedule quality meetings for 2 Sales Managers, serving as the key initial point of contact for customers.
- Act as first point of contact for visitors to the showroom, offering refreshments and demonstrating furniture.
- Actively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Assist the marketing team with the planning of events.
- Manage stock of samples, swatch cards and demo chairs in the showroom.
- Coordinate any bookings in the showroom including meeting room hire.
- Manage showroom space including kitchen / cleaning supplies, acting as liaison with cleaners.
- Champion the company’s products and services; strategically promoting them to target markets to drive growth and awareness.
- Build and nurture meaningful customer relationships through engaging telephone, video calls and email communication, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Maintain CRM system, capturing every step of the customer journey and ensuring follow-up actions are recorded.
- Analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities to maximise business growth and maintaining pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Develop technical / product knowledge of the company’s products and continuously keep up to date with the market and competition.
- Proven sales experience with a strong passion for achieving results and driving success.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Skilled at nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers whilst also identifying opportunities to expand business.
