An excellent opportunity has arisen with an award winning FinTech (financial technology) / financial services space(Trading), my client seek an Account Manager to join a new but very well established company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but friendly team that is growing.

The role is the operational management of direct (fee paying) clients in order to provide outstanding client experience leading to greater adoption and revenue growth
You will be;
- The commercial relationship owner for named accounts
- Expected to fortress & grow revenue
- Adept at senior stakeholder management and growing the contacts within named organisations
- Alert to new use cases for organic network growth
- Work with the Account Executive to ensure exemplary client experience.
- Be the escalation point for ALL matters within the named account
- Required to have a thorough understanding of all commercial matters, including invoicing
- Required to maintain up to date account plans and represent the named accounts requirements to the relevant stakeholders
Skills & Experience Account Manager(FinTech / Financial Technology / Trading)
- Ideally University educated
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in Financial Markets.
- Demonstrable commercial software sales experience, acquired within Financial Services,
- Experienced in managing both short & medium sales cycles involving many stakeholders concurrently.
- A collaborative nature and an ability to build broad client relationships as well as galvanising and influencing internal relationships.
- An adaptive sales style with the ability to adjust to prospect needs, with excellent negotiation skills and comfortable managing objections.
- Able to quickly learn & convey product knowledge, conference engagements and technical product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard-working and dynamic
- Superlative communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation)
- Highly organized and excellent planning skills, able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines. Experienced in the use of sales tools such as Salesforce
- Quick learner, analytic and rational thinking, able to analyse and interpret data, polite, problem solver
