AV Account Manager / New Business Sales

London, Hybrid

Up to 80k + commission + private healthcare

Lorien is recruiting an experienced and motivated AV Account Manager / Business Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a growing company IT and AV provider with 4 offices around the UK and a high performing workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive working relationships with existing customers, encouraging further spend and retention, as well as generating new business opportunities with an approximate 70/30 split. They offer a suite of services and functions across IT and AV, so there may also be some further opportunities to cross sell across products and services.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing customers and potential new clients.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to sell and suggest additional services.

- Make regular sales calls and keep in contact between visits by telephone and email.

- Attend networking events, trade exhibitions, and familiarisation trips for face-to-face selling and relationship building.

**Personal Profile: **

- A self-starter with the ability to use their own initiative to work independently and proactively manage their own workload and time.

- An appreciation, active interest, and passion for Audio Visual.

- Demonstrated enthusiasm, high-energy, and motivation to succeed.

- A natural willingness to be flexible, adapt to changing needs, and take on new tasks as required.

- A methodical approach to work.

- Confidence in speaking with customers and a professional and clear communication manner.

- Proven track record of sales success, ideally within a similar industry.

- Keen to engage with the sector and make a valuable contribution to the organisation.
